3. How to Initiate a Return

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for the return
- Photos or videos, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items)
4. Return Shipping
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
5. Return Address
Please do not send items back before receiving our return instructions. The correct return address will be provided once your return request is approved. Shipping items to an incorrect address may result in delays or affect your refund eligibility.
6. Refund Process

7. Exchanges

8. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
Please inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@avina-style.com with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We will promptly resolve it by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refused delivery, we may deduct actual return and re-shipping costs from your refund.

For international shipments outside the U.S., your local customs office may impose duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility, and we do not reimburse or cover them.
